Orders & Pre-Orders

How do I check my order status?

Log in at account.hajde-zemer.com — your order status and tracking are right there. Once your order ships, you'll also get an email with tracking. If you don't have an account yet, check your inbox for a Hajde Zemer email and follow the link.

How do I know if a product is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are marked on the product page. They ship when the factory delivers new stock — give us 6-8 weeks. We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it's on its way. Worth the wait.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

Yep. In-stock ships right away. Pre-order ships separately when the factory delivers. You'll get tracking for each. If you'd rather receive everything together, email us with your order number and we'll hold the in-stock items until the pre-order is ready.

Why is my pre-order taking longer than expected?

Factories run on their own clock — especially around holidays. If there's a delay beyond the 6-8 week window, we'll email you before you have to ask. You can always check your account at account.hajde-zemer.com for the latest status. Besa.

I placed my order weeks ago and haven't heard anything — is everything okay?

If you ordered a pre-order item, it's in production. We don't send a shipping notification until it actually ships — that takes 6-8 weeks from your order date. No news is good news. When it ships, you'll get an email with tracking right away. If it's been longer than 8 weeks, reply to your order confirmation and we'll check on it.

Can I change my shipping address or name on an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it — email us immediately at hajdezemerofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the correct details. We process changes the same day for unfulfilled orders. Once it's shipped, we can't reroute it — you'll need to contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hajdezemerofficial@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do — but we can't guarantee cancellation once it's in the system.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Depends where you are:

  • USA: 4-7 business days
  • Canada & Balkans (Kosovo, Albania): 7-21 days
  • Germany, Austria, Switzerland, EU: 14-25 days

Pre-order items take 6-8 weeks in production before they ship — timelines above start after production is done.

Do you ship to Kosovo, Albania, and Europe?

We ship worldwide. Albanian diaspora is everywhere, and so are we. Kosovo, Albania, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, UK, Canada, Australia — wherever you are, we got you. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Is there free shipping?

Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping within the US. Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it

Don't panic. Here's what to do:

  • Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom — couriers sometimes leave packages nearby
  • Wait 24 hours — "delivered" scans sometimes appear before actual delivery
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number and file a missing package claim — they can investigate with GPS delivery data

Once a package is marked delivered, the claim needs to go through the courier — we can't file it on your behalf.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. You can also log in at account.hajde-zemer.com — your tracking link is always there. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder first.

My tracking hasn't updated in days — is my order lost?

Nah — that's normal. Tracking usually sits quiet for a few days after we ship, especially during customs. Once it moves, it moves fast. If it's been 7+ days with no movement on a US order, or 14+ days on an international one, reply to your shipping email and we'll look into it.

I never received a tracking email

Check your spam folder first — our emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, log in at account.hajde-zemer.com where your tracking link is always visible. For EU and Balkans orders, tracking may not show movement until the local courier scans the package — that can take up to a week after the shipping email goes out. That's normal.

Returns & Sizing

What's your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final — no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. We know that's strict, but it lets us keep prices fair and production running. That's why we put detailed size charts and measurements on every product page. If you're unsure, size up — our silhouettes tend to run slightly relaxed.

I ordered the wrong size — what can I do?

We don't do size exchanges, but here's what we can do: we'll give you a 20% discount on a new order in the correct size. Email us at hajdezemerofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the code. Before you reorder, double-check the size chart — measurements are laid flat, pit-to-pit.

How do your products fit?

Most pieces run true to size with a slightly relaxed fit. We measure laid flat, pit-to-pit for chest width. When in doubt, size up — our jackets are meant to be worn with presence, not shrink-wrapped. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Payments & Customs

I see an extra fee on my bank statement — did you charge me extra?

That's your bank converting currency — it goes to them, not us. We price in USD; your bank handles the rest. If it's a temporary hold, it should drop off in 3-5 business days. We only charge what you see at checkout — nothing more.

Will I owe customs duties on international orders?

Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country's government — we have no control over them. When your package arrives, customs may hold it and require payment before releasing. You'll be notified by the courier or customs office directly. Pay the fee to release your package. We can't pay customs on your behalf or reimburse them. Diaspora life — check your country's customs rules before ordering so there's no surprises.

My discount code isn't working

A few things to check: codes are case-sensitive, can't be combined with other discounts, and some are single-use. Make sure you're entering it in the discount field at checkout (not the gift card field). Still not working? Email us at hajdezemerofficial@gmail.com with a screenshot and we'll sort it.

What's the quality of the eagle embroidery?

Our Eagle Jackets feature full embroidery — not screen print, not heat transfer. The double-headed eagle is stitched into every jacket. Built to last and looks better with age.

Is this real quality or just print-on-demand?

We don't do print-on-demand. Every piece is designed with intention and produced to last. Albanian-stubborn about quality — that's not marketing, that's how we built this.

About Hajde Zemer

What does "Hajde Zemer" mean?

"Hajde" means "let's go" and "zemer" means "heart" in Albanian. Together it's an expression of encouragement — like saying "come on, sweetheart" or "let's go, with heart." It captures the energy and warmth of Albanian culture.

Who is behind Hajde Zemer?

Hajde Zemer was founded by Blerim, an Albanian influencer and artist who wanted to create premium streetwear that represents Albanian culture authentically. Every piece is designed with the diaspora in mind — for Albanians worldwide who wear their pride loud.
