Returns and exchanges

The quickest way is to start it yourself. Sign in at account.hajde-zemer.com with the email on your order, choose the item and follow the steps. You can also email us at hajdezemerofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out with you.

EU and UK customers

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

You cover the cost of return shipping. Once the item reaches us, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Everywhere else

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. You cover the cost of return shipping, and we refund the purchase price to your original payment method once the item reaches us. If you would rather swap for a different size, we do that too.

Wrong size? A faster option

Return postage often costs more than the item is worth. If the size is wrong, email us and we will send you a 30% discount code to reorder in the correct size, and you keep the original piece. Most customers prefer this to shipping an item back.

Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

Preorders

Returns and exchanges begin once your item has been produced and delivered.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will cover the cost of putting it right.
