How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges and other features and functionalities related to your account. Cookies

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about the Cookies that we use related to powering our store with Shopify, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to power and improve our Site and our Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to run analytics and better understand user interaction with the Services (in our legitimate interests to administer, improve and optimize the Services). We may also permit third parties and services providers to use Cookies on our Site to better tailor the services, products and advertising on our Site and other websites.

Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can choose to set your browser to remove or reject Cookies through your browser controls. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking Cookies can negatively impact your user experience and may cause some of the Services, including certain features and general functionality, to work incorrectly or no longer be available. Additionally, blocking Cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners.

Our website also recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which enables you to opt-out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us of your preference through GPC, we will treat such signal as a valid request to opt out of sharing / targeted advertising for the associated browser or device, and, if we are able to associate the device sending the signal to a Shopify account, we will apply the opt out request to the account as well. To learn more about Global Privacy Control, you can visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Other than the Global Privacy Control, we do not recognize other “Do Not Track” signals that may be sent from your web browser or device.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

Effective February 17, 2026

We use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve our services. In the interest of transparency, we disclose the following:

  • Customer Service Assistance: We use AI-powered tools (including systems built on Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI technologies) to help draft responses to customer inquiries. All AI-generated customer communications are reviewed or supervised by our human team before sending. Our AI service providers process data in accordance with their respective data processing agreements and privacy commitments, and do not use your personal data to train their models.
  • Email Drafting: AI assists in drafting bilingual (English and Albanian) email responses to customer questions about orders, shipping, and products. A human team member reviews and may edit these drafts before they are sent.
  • Product Recommendations: We may use browsing and purchase data to suggest relevant products. These recommendations are generated algorithmically and do not involve profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Fraud Detection: Our payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe) uses automated systems to screen transactions for potential fraud. Orders flagged by these systems are reviewed by our team before any action is taken.

No AI system we use makes fully automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you without human oversight. You have the right to request information about the logic involved in any automated processing that affects you, and to request human review of any decision.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Effective February 17, 2026

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 22, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.

We currently use the following forms of automated processing:

  • Fraud screening: Automated risk scoring on orders (via Shopify/Stripe). High-risk orders are flagged for manual review — no order is automatically cancelled without human involvement.
  • Marketing segmentation: We group customers by purchase history and engagement level to send more relevant marketing communications. This does not affect pricing, product availability, or your rights as a customer.

If you believe an automated decision has unfairly affected you, you may contact us to request human review. We will respond within 30 days.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Effective February 17, 2026

In addition to the rights described above, residents of certain U.S. states have additional privacy rights under their respective state laws. This section applies to residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Indiana (INCDPA), Kentucky (KCDPA), Rhode Island (RIDTPPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy legislation in effect as of 2026.

Your Additional Rights

  • Right to Know: You may request a detailed accounting of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, and the business purposes for collection.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., tax record retention).
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
