Free Shipping

Orders of $149 or more ship free worldwide. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Transit times vary by destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
  • You are responsible for any customs charges upon delivery. These are determined by your country's customs authority.
  • We cannot estimate or control these charges. Contact your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by replying to our email with your order number.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your building's mail room
  2. Contact your local post office
